Obwohl das urspr\u00fcngliche Ziel der Bewegung der Kampf gegen diejenigen war, die das Land angriffen und besetzten, traten die Tschetniks sehr schnell in eine offene Zusammenarbeit mit den Besatzern und ihren einheimischen Verb\u00fcndeten ein. Anstatt das Land zu befreien, war das Hauptziel der Tschetniks bis zum Ende des Krieges der Kampf gegen jugoslawische Partisanen und Kommunisten.
